Herd-sharing for RAW milk could soon be banned.

A Virginia lobbying group for big agriculture has published their Virginia state agenda which opposes herd-sharing for the purposes of obtaining raw milk.

Raw milk is already illegal to sell in Virginia and herd-sharing allows people to own part of an animal which gives them legal access to anything that animal produces, but the lobbying group wants to make that part illegal.

Contact your state representatives and ask them to vote against any legislation that could ban herd-sharing.

The lobbying group:

1. Opposes the use of herd-share agreements for the sole purpose of circumventing laws and regulations prohibiting the sale of raw milk directly to consumers.

2. Opposes the retail sale of unregulated unpasteurized milk and dairy products to the public.

3. Opposes and banning of pesticides.
